Product Description

  The outer shell and the insert tubes was separated design,the insert tubes can be easily removed from outer shell for maintenance. And the separation design can absorb the different retractility. 
       All the surface of internal are in sanitary design,it is easy for CIP.

      It can process all liquid productnot only low viscosity, but also high vicosity ,even the product containing fibres,particlesor pulps .

        The baffleplate can,and it can fix the multiple insert tubes  without any welding  enhance the heat exchanger ratepoint.

        It can stand up to 50 bar pressure for the product flow side and medium flow side.

     It is saving cost , as it required few maintenance fee.
