Tubular sterilizers are widely utilized in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and related industries, particularly for the sterilization of liquid foods with high viscosity, high fiber content, or rich in fruit pulp. Common applications include:

√Dairy products: fresh milk, pasteurized milk, yogurt, and flavored milk.

√Beverages: fruit juice, tea beverages, plant protein beverages, soy milk beverages, nut-based beverages, and pulp-containing beverages.

√Condiments: soy sauce, vinegar, etc.

Process Parameters (for reference) :

5°C → 65°C (homogenization) → 137°C (3-5 seconds) → 20-25°C, suitable for aseptic packaging;

5°C → 65°C (homogenization) → 115/125°C (5-15 seconds) → 88-90°C, suitable for hot packaging;

5°C → 65°C (homogenization) → 115/125°C (5-15 seconds) → 75-78°C, suitable for medium-temperature packaging.
