Alcohol Recycle Tower
Usage
The alcohol recycle tower consists of seven parts: tower kettle, tower body, condenser, cooler, flow meter and high position storage, can suitable for diluted alcohol recycle in such industries as pharmacy, food, light industry and chemistry. The contact part of the device adopts SUS304 stainless steel, with high corrosion resistance and the advantages of energy saving, pollution control, low manufacture cost and high efficiency. The device can vaporize the diluted alcohol of 30ºC~50ºC to 93ºC~95ºC. The residue discharge meets the request to pollution control. The device adopts high efficient stainless ripple filling. The part contacting the material is made of the stainless steel, meeting the GMP standard. Alcohol recovery tower clearance rectification can be realized with continuous distillation.
